I’m Kate!

I'm a personal trainer in Akron, Ohio, specializing in personalized fitness programs that integrate strength conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and certification from the American Council on Exercise, I’m dedicated to helping clients of all backgrounds reach their goals with confidence and strength.

I work with both lifestyle and competition (Fit Model, Bikini, and Wellness) clients, primarily women, but I welcome everyone. I also offer nutrition counseling to support a well-rounded approach to health. Alongside my training, I’m an assistant bodybuilding coach to fellow trainer Javan Shaw, preparing clients for the NPC stage. 

My experience spans adaptive and adolescent training, group fitness, and over 900 hours in specialized PNF stretching to help clients unlock their full range of motion.
